Introduction 

This agreement is made between Futures Sniper Beast, a Texas-based company, and the user of our trading tool (“User”). By accessing or using the trading tool, User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Use of the Trading Tool

User agrees to use the trading tool in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. User shall not use the trading tool for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Limitation of Liability

User acknowledges and agrees that Futures Sniper Beast shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, trading losses or damages resulting from the use or the inability to use the trading tool.

Disclaimer of Warranties

User acknowledges and agrees that the trading tool is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Futures Sniper Beast makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the trading tool or the information, content, materials, or products included on the trading tool.

Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Futures Sniper Beast harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from User’s use of the trading tool.

No Refunds

User acknowledges and agrees that all payments for the use of the trading tool are non-refundable.

Termination

Futures Sniper Beast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or restrict User’s use of the trading tool, with or without notice and with or without cause.

Changes to Terms of Service

Futures Sniper Beast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this agreement at any time. It is User’s responsibility to check this agreement periodically for changes. User’s continued use of the trading tool following the posting of any changes to this agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Futures Sniper Beast regarding the use of the trading tool and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings, whether written or oral, between User and Futures Sniper Beast.
